Crank - Ellen Hopkins Thought it was a cool concept and there were some really stunning lines, while other poems lacked punch (though I couldn't write an entire novel in verse so I can hardly complain). Like Out of the Dust meets Go Ask Alice, but not as good or as moving as either. I probably won't read the rest of the series as I started to get bored towards the end but no real criticisms here, except maybe it lacked a bit in depth.
